In 1980, our family established Eastern Nepal’s first tourist-class hotel, setting the benchmark for hospitality in the region. Over the years, this legacy expanded with the creation of Valentine’s Bakery Café in 2000, the first café in Biratnagar. This café not only introduced a new dining culture but also sowed the seeds for a deeper exploration into coffee.
